Writing, Reading, and Racism: Celebrating Today’s Best Mystery Authors

Walter Mosley, a great crime writer and recipient of the National Book Foundation Medal for Distinguished Contribution to American Letters, said, “A man's bookcase will tell you everything you'll ever need to know about him.”

Come and expand your bookcase and join the La Grua Center for an exciting evening of readings and discussions around the creative life, and being an author of color in an ever changing world. Featuring some of the best crime writers of today—S.A. Cosby, Kellye Garrett, and David Heska Wanbli Weiden; moderated by Manju Soni.

A private link to the event will be shared with ticket holders approximately 2 hours prior to the start of the event, and again 15 minutes before the start of the event. Please note, ticket sales end approximately 1/2 hour before the program begins.
