Virtual Presentation: Gullah Folklore & Storytelling with Kyndra Joi

Born and raised in Charleston, South Carolina, and currently residing in New Orleans, Kyndra Joi is affectionately known as “Gullah Girl” in the community and actively educates and creates awareness of the Gullah culture through her interactive workshops of language, dance, and song. In this presentation, she will introduce our audience to Gullah culture and share a series of stories and folklore.
