Music Matters presents its very first program for viola & piano, with brilliant Carol Gimbel and Cullan Bryant (NYC). The scores they will play are powerful and moving. The dusky, rich sound of the viola and our many-hued 1886 Chickering concert grand will soar in the La Grua Center's open, transparent acoustic. This is a rare and fetching program, magically played on exceptional instruments.
