Flutist Bülent Evcil and harpist Çağatay Akyol, visiting New England from Istanbul, will realize a dream for Music Matters: To at last present the haunting, sensual, beckoning sound of Turkish traditional music. They'll also bring beloved Western classical scores to vibrant life and play such stirring popular classics as Ashokan Farewell and The Battle of Kinsale.
