Yoga is for all bodies, explore the connection between movement, breath and mindfulness. Practice a series of continuous postures to build strength, stability and flexibility in the body. Verbal cues and inquiry will help to inspire and guide your practice. Connect to the body, heart & spirit as you discover compassionate self-awareness within. All levels are welcome.

Chris Liguori is a certified Pranotthan Yoga instructor (RYS-200), she believes yoga is for everyone. Chris has been a student of Yoga since 2002, and has practiced with many teachers. She utilizes the yogic tools of meditation and breathe inquiry to explore the body and connect to the heart. Chris is a certified Davidji Meditation & Masters of Wisdom Teacher and she is passionate about living mindfully.
