Stretch and strengthen is a class designed to assist older adults in maintaining their lifestyle and independence. By increasing their strength and flexibility, students also improve their balance. Class includes use of small hand weights, bands, steppers and rollers.
Students can enroll for Tuesday and/or Friday. One day per week $100. Both days $180.

Parking: The North Lot at Stonington Commons at 32 Water Street will be available until it is full. Parking in Stonington Borough in the summer can be a challenge. Residents of Stonington Borough are encouraged to walk. Additional tips can be found here. Please remember parking around the Stonington Commons green is designated for Stonington Commons residents only.
